Description
Our Shiraz Viognier has been produced in the traditional method by co-fermenting Shiraz with a small portion of Viognier grapes (4.5%). An elegant perfumed wine with a complex mélange of red and black fruit aromas with a hint of pepper. Aged in French oak barrels and rich on the palate with lingering silky tannins. It is a suitable match for most meat dishes and will particularly suit duck, chicken, pork, venison or lamb. Silver medal 2024 RASQ wine show. Bronze Medal 2024 Australian Small Winemakers show.
