Description
Our blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot has been enriched with Tannat to produce a delightful medium bodied wine with great complexity. Sumptuous overtones of blackcurrant, raspberry, violets and truffle may be detected in the aroma along with subtle vanilla and toasty oak from ageing in French Oak Barrels.
It will go well with your favourite red meats and cheeses. It may be enjoyed now or cellared for several years. Bronze medal at 2023 Australian Small Winemakers Show.
