Description
Our Shiraz Viognier has been produced in the traditional method by co-fermenting Shiraz with a small portion of Viognier grapes (7%). An elegant perfumed wine with a complex melange of red and black fruit aromas with a hint of pepper. Rich on the palate with lingering silky tannins. It is a suitable match for most meat dishes and will particularly suit duck, chicken, pork, venison or lamb. Bronze medal Cairns Wine show 2019. James Halliday 92 points!
