Description
Merlot (25%) contributes roundness, taming the firm tannins of the Tannat (75%). A complex aroma of black and red fruits along with dark chocolate and a hint of violets with smoky oak on the palate. It will complement any red meats and mature cheeses and will especially go well with barbeques or pizza.
